Cool apps

I’m a big fan of cycling, so i thought i’ll let you al know that Le Tour has began. All the favorites are out of the race due to an impressive doping scandal, so the yellow jersey is up for grabs.

one thing that cought my attention is the collaboration between the tour organizers and google through Google Earth, you can see the route on google earth which is pretty cool ..

another thing interesting is the new yahoo messenger, which has plugin development capabilities, one of the first i tried is NewsGator Podcasts & Buzz this has a lot of potential, it will merge IM with RSS reading/gathering and will probably at some point replace web browsing …. in a distant future that is.
